Staff need to know who will be collecting your child at the end of his/her day. For obvious reasons of safeguarding, we will not allow a child to go home with anyone other than as prearranged by yourself with us. 

 

If your usual collection arrangements change, please let us know by calling the school office on 0117 377 3290 and selecting Option 2 for 'Going home arrangements'.  If you are calling after 3pm, please make sure that you speak to a member of the school office team as messages left this late in the day may not get picked up in time.

 

Alternatively, for Infant children, you can notify us using the relevant class diary in the school entrance hall.

 

• Junior children are collected from designated areas in junior playground.
• Infant children are collected direct from their classroom door.

 

Please note, we do not usually allow children to be collected by older siblings unless they are over the age of 16.
