The Governing Body of Sefton Park Schools Federation brings together 15 governors from across our school community:
Governors serve four-year terms, except for the Headteacher, who serves for the duration of their appointment.
School governors work like the board of a company, providing strategic direction and ensuring our school delivers the highest standards of education. Our governors are unpaid volunteers committed to acting in the best interests of our school and the children we serve.

The Full Governing Body meets six times a year, with additional committee meetings throughout the term. All governors have signed up to a Code of Conduct that sets out how we operate effectively together.
The Full Governing Body works through two main committees, which may form working groups to address specific issues.

Focuses on curriculum delivery, teaching standards, pupil progress, SEND provision, safeguarding, and health and safety.
Chair: Carrie Spittlehouse
Members: Sally Dore, Claire Kearney, Andy Lillie, Helen Martin, Alex Powell, Emily Shuker, Carrie Spittlehouse, and Rachel Wills.
Oversees budget planning, financial policies, staffing, buildings, risk management, and community use of facilities.
