Change Your Child's Contact Details

If you've moved house or changed phone numbers, use this form to update your child's contact details, including emergency contacts.

How to update details: Download the Pupil Full Contact Details Change Form (PDF), complete it, and hand it in to the school office.

Swimming Lesson Consent

All children need parental consent to attend swimming lessons. You can also let us know if you're able to help with transport to and from the pool.

How to give consent: Download the Swimming Consent Form (PDF), complete it, and hand it in to the school office.

Request Time Off School

If your child has a medical appointment during school hours, use our online form to request the time off.

Please note that term-time holidays aren't permitted and will only be granted in exceptional circumstances. If you need to request this kind of absence, use the same form.

How to request absence: Complete the Absence Request Form online and submit it at least 10 days in advance when possible.
