Collection times:

• 3:30pm Monday–Thursday
• 3:00pm on Friday

Where to collect your child:

• Juniors: from designated areas in the junior playground
• Infants: directly from their classroom door

Your usual arrangements: Parents, family members, and regular collectors don't need to be reported each time – we get to know your usual arrangements.

If someone different is collecting: If someone different will be collecting your child, or your plans change, please let us know in advance. You can either call the school office on 0117 377 3290 and select Option 2 for "Going home arrangements," or complete a form available from the office.

Please contact us before 3:00pm when possible. If you need to call after 3:00pm, please speak directly to a member of the office team to ensure your message is received in time.

Who can collect: Any trusted adult you choose can collect your child. Older siblings are welcome to collect if they're at least 16 years old.

Call us as soon as possible on 0117 377 3290. We'll reassure your child and keep them comfortable until you arrive.
