Collection Times

Reception to Year 6:

• 3:30pm Monday–Thursday
• 3:00pm on Friday

Nursery:

• Morning sessions: 11:45am
• Full days: 3:00pm

Where to Collect Your Child

Juniors: from designated areas in the junior playground

Infants: directly from their classroom door

Nursery: from just inside the main gate (or outside Pine Class when the school gates are open)

Your Usual Arrangements

Parents, family members, and regular collectors don't need to be reported each time – we get to know your usual arrangements.

If Someone Different is Collecting

If someone different will be collecting your child, or your plans change, please let us know in advance. You can either call the school office on 0117 377 3290 and select Option 2 for "Going home arrangements," or complete a form available from the office.

Please contact us by:

• 3:00pm Monday–Thursday, or 2:30pm on Friday (Reception to Year 6)
• 2:30pm for Nursery children staying a full day
• 11:15am for Nursery morning sessions

If you can't meet the call-in deadline, please call and hold the line to speak to a member of the office team, so your message is received in time.

Who Can Collect

Any trusted adult you choose can collect your child. Older siblings are welcome to collect if they're at least 16 years old.

If You're Running Late

Call us as soon as possible on 0117 377 3290 – don't select an option, just hold the line to speak to a member of the office team. We'll reassure your child and keep them comfortable until you arrive.
