Setting Up & Using Arbor

What is Arbor?

Arbor helps us stay connected with families and makes it easier to manage school payments for lunches, trips, and activities. You can access Arbor from your phone or computer, but we recommend downloading the app for the best experience.

Getting Started: Step by Step

Step 1: Wait for your welcome email letting you know Arbor is ready. This email is how we begin your setup process.

Step 2: Click the link in your welcome email to set your password. (This must be done through the email link before you can use the app.)

Step 3: Download the Arbor Parent App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store

Step 4: Click "Install" on Android or "Get" on iPhone, and open the app.

Step 5: Enter your email address, select our school, then enter the password you created.

Step 6: Accept the Terms & Conditions and enter your child's date of birth.

Using Arbor

You can use the app (or Arbor's online portal) to:

  • Make online payments easily
  • Provide consent for school activities
  • View your child's attendance
  • Check school meal balances
  • Receive important school communications

Trouble Logging In?

Try these common solutions:

  • Make sure your username is the email address we have on file at school – contact us to confirm
  • Reset your password from the login page, or ask us to do it for you
  • If your login email was sent more than 96 hours ago, the password link will have expired – request a new email from us
  • Ask us to check that your email address is correctly linked to your child's profile
  • Make sure you're entering your child's correct date of birth
  • Check you're registered as a Primary Guardian – only Primary Guardians have app access
